You’re welcome to walk in anytime — our gaming arenas are open and ready. However, for VIP Rooms and mahjong lounges, we recommend booking in advance, especially during weekends and late-night peak hours.

Our locations operate 7 days a week, generally from 10:00 AM to late night (exact hours may vary by store). WY Gaming never sleeps — when the city powers down, our servers keep running.

All our computers are equipped with ASUS RTX 4070 Super GPUs (and RTX 5070 at our Burwood store), Intel 14600KF CPUs, and ZOWIE or ASUS ROG high-refresh monitors up to 600Hz. Every machine is optimized for esports-level performance and ultimate visual clarity.

Yes. Most of our locations offer a selection of snacks, drinks, and instant meals, so you can stay fueled without leaving your match. Outside food and beverages may not be allowed inside VIP rooms for equipment safety.

Absolutely. You can bring your own keyboard, mouse, headset, or controller if you prefer your personal setup. Our systems are plug-and-play ready — just connect and start dominating.

You can book online through our official website or in person at the front desk. A small deposit may be required for group or extended sessions. Walk-ins are welcome, but priority is given to reserved bookings.

WY Gaming welcomes players of all levels. However, minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian after 10 PM. Some game titles may have content restrictions according to Australian classification guidelines.
